- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆So much has gone wrong renting from this establishment. My husband and I have done almost all the repairs here, 2 leaks we fixed ourselves, 1 that put a whole in the pantry ceiling from the bathtub upstairs. Very unprofessional when contacted. Was told by the landlord he would no longer do ANY repairs. We paid for a stove out of pocket, due to this and replacing the fence around the backyard because the neighbors behind us kept tearing it up. Been asking for a year to have the central a. C. And heating Fixed and it still hasn't been done. The upkeep was never taken care of by them(him). Awful experience for my family .....By Christina Slimp, August 08, 2017
